As set forth above, we may send you SMS text messages with your prior express consent, including:
- Rapid Home Lending Application Package status updates;
- Document request reminders;
- Closing date confirmations;
- Information about our Mortgage Funding products and services (refinancing, traditional home loans, FHA loans, VA loans, HELOC);
- Promotional offers and marketing messages; and
- Customer service communications.
6. Opting-In and Opting-Out
When you provide your mobile telephone number, we will ask for your prior express consent before sending you SMS text messages. You can opt in to receiving SMS text messages by providing your prior express consent during registration, application, or through account settings.
Mobile opt-in and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE
Replying “STOP” (Or similar requests such as “END”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL” or “UNSUBSCRIBE”) to any text message you receive from us
- Adjusting your preferences in your account settings; and/or

7. Frequency and Charges
Message and data rates may apply to text messages we send. The frequency of messages will vary depending on your account settings and activity. We do not charge you for sending or receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply.
8. Carriers Supported
Our text messaging services are available on most major wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, we cannot guarantee that your carrier supports our text messaging program.
9. Changes to Our Text Messaging Program
We reserve the right to modify or terminate our text messaging program at any time. We will notify you of any changes through email or text message.

Please see our Privacy Provisions for Covered Users below for instructions on how Covered Users can access and/or delete personal information that we have collected.
At your request, we will: (a) inform you of what personal information we have on file for you; (b) amend the personal information that we have on file for you; and/or (c) remove personal information that you have provided to us, or that we have otherwise collected. You may do so by e-mailing us at: privacy@rapidhl.com. We ask individual Users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes).
Please be advised that deleting your personal information may terminate your access to certain of the Rapid Home Lending Offerings. If you wish to continue using the full complement of Rapid Home Lending Offerings, you may not be able to delete all of the personal information that we have on file for you.
Please be further advised that, after you delete your personal information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
12. We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
